Thank you for shopping with Gigi The Vegan. We are grateful that you have trusted us to support your Healing Journey with our offerings.

Order Processing

Most orders are prepared and shipped within two business days after the order is received.

Orders are processed during regular business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

During busy seasons, product launches, festivals, holidays, or special events, processing times may be longer.

Shipping Availability

All products listed for sale on GigiTheVegan.com are shippable unless otherwise noted on the product page.

Shipping is currently available within the United States. If international shipping becomes available in the future, shipping options and rates will be updated at checkout.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order size, weight, destination, and available carrier options.

Any free shipping, flat-rate shipping, or promotional shipping terms will be clearly listed when available.

Local Availability

Products may also be available through The Seed Kitchen and The Wellness Center in Kansas City’s Westport shopping district.

Local availability may vary by inventory, product type, event schedule, or production timing.

Shipping Delays

Once an order is handed to the shipping carrier, delivery timing is controlled by the carrier. Weather, holidays, carrier delays, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances may affect delivery timing.

Gigi The Vegan is not responsible for carrier delays, but we will do our best to help you locate tracking information when available.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please enter your shipping address carefully at checkout.

Gigi The Vegan is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address entered by the customer. If you notice an address error after placing your order, contact us as quickly as possible at:

If the order has not yet shipped, we will do our best to update the address.

Food Products, Teas, & Culinary Items

For health, safety, and quality reasons, food products, teas, seasonings, snacks, nuts, kale chips, and other edible items are final sale once shipped or picked up.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within seven days of delivery.

Skincare Products

For health and safety reasons, skincare products are final sale once shipped, picked up, or opened.

If a skincare product arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within seven days of delivery and include photos of the product and packaging.

Books

Physical books may be eligible for replacement if they arrive damaged or if the wrong item was shipped.

Please contact us within seven days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.

Books are not returnable after use, writing, wear, or customer damage.

Wellness Bundles

Wellness bundles may include food products, skincare products, books, teas, or other lifestyle items. Because bundle contents vary, return or replacement options depend on the item type.

Food, tea, and skincare items are final sale for health and safety reasons. Damaged, incorrect, or missing bundle items may be reviewed for replacement or store credit when reported within seven days of delivery.

Digital Products

Digital downloads, ebooks, guides, recipes, and digital wellness materials are final sale once purchased or delivered.

If you have trouble accessing a digital item, please contact us so we can help resolve the issue.

Consult Bookings

Consult bookings reserve time on Gigi’s calendar. Payments are non-refundable once the session time has passed.

If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment whenever possible. Missed appointments or late cancellations may not be eligible for refund.

Speaking, Training, & Event Services

Speaking, training, workplace wellness, retreat, and event-related services are handled through separate agreement, invoice, or written confirmation.

Refunds, deposits, rescheduling, travel costs, lodging, honorarium, cancellation terms, and event-specific details should be stated in the written agreement for that booking.

Approved Refunds

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method when possible. Processing times depend on the payment provider, bank, or credit card company.
